Service Description
Regulation Through Sport is a trauma-informed programme that uses physical activity to support children and young people with emotional regulation, behaviour, and wellbeing. Through structured sport and movement, pupils are supported to release stress, improve focus, and develop positive coping strategies. The sessions help build confidence, resilience, and engagement with school, particularly for pupils with SEMH needs or those at risk of exclusion. Delivered by a trauma-informed practitioner with experience in behaviour mentoring, mental health, and sports training, the programme provides a safe and supportive environment where young people can regulate, connect, and succeed
